Our attorney, Chantz N. Martin, grew up in Elkhart, Kansas and graduated from Elkhart High School. He is a 2007 Kansas State University graduate magna cum laude with a BS degree in Political Science. Chantz received his Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude in 2011 from Washburn University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Kansas.

He has been practicing law in Beloit since 2012, and his general practice emphasizes criminal law, family law, business law, real estate, estate planning, and probate matters. He is an active member of community civic and charitable organizations, including Beloit Rotary Club, Summer Kids Café, Leadership Mitchell County, and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Chantz also serves as the President of the NCK Technical College Endowment Board and Solomon Valley Catbackers.

Chantz has four children. He enjoys being active, spending time with the kids, attending Kansas State University ball games, and visiting extended family.
